Description:

A finance manager is required to support the existing financial management team in financial analysis and management of the programme's costs and its contractor arrangements.

The finance manager is required to be experienced in liaising with relevant teams on specific financial issues; establishing financial management requirements and organising, planning and transforming financial reporting and planning systems, processes and financial management work to meet deadlines, and providing financial support to projects and programmes.

The finance manager is required to be a qualified accountant and have experience in finance function and system transformation and efficiency.

The post holder will assess projects' and programme performance on a monthly basis and assess the delivery against plan. Identifying any risks, issues and opportunities to highlight with associated recommendations for action.

Must be an experienced user of ORACLE accounting systems and be advanced in using Excel spreadsheets.
