Salary £26,000 - £36,000 DOEWe're seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a busy Financial Planning and Reporting team on a full time basis for a period of 12-months. You will be responsible for reporting and checking payroll data and headcount across Europe, as well as providing information on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs Payroll Analyst, you will be required to:Provide variance analysis on a monthly basis for actual payroll costsReconciling payroll files to Oracle and HFMReporting monthly headcount informationWorking closely with HR, Finance and Business Unit Managing Directors providing detailed payroll and headcount information for budgeting and forecasting purposesWorking with HR to improve headcount reportingReviewing current systems to collecting payroll costs, and recommending improvements where appropriateResponsible for analysis of monthly Pension and PAYESupporting adhoc payroll and headcount reporting as required, assisting with payroll audit queriesCANDIDATEA Payroll Analyst candidate should ideally possess the following qualifications and experience:Professional Accountancy / Payroll qualification (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professions (CIPP) or equivalent)Knowledge of payroll calculations across EuropeCurrent knowledge of European legislation including tax, national insurance and understanding country specific regulations and ratesExcellent interpersonal skillsGreat problem solving skills, able to use own initiativeStrong literacy skills - Microsoft Office (Excel and Access), Hyperion and databases'Ability to work with confidential informationFluent in EnglishAs Payroll Analyst, you would have experience of working in a large multi-national organisation.THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THIS VACANCY AND GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR APPLICATION.If you have not heard from a member of the Future Prospects team within 7 days from your application, please assume that your application has not been successful on this occasion.
