Robert Half Finance and Accounting are seeking a Permanent Financial controller for this growing services company.

Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, this senior management position is a key role not only in Finance but also the surrounding departments. As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to finance procedures and controls, as well as contributing to business wide improvement projects to support the growth aspirations. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems and processes are in compliance with appropriate UK and International regulations where operates.

Lead on month-end accounting of Company results and responsible for management of balance sheet reviews, controls, provisions and reconciliations

Supporting the FD with budgeting and forecasting process & analysis

Leading the production and analysis of daily, monthly and quarterly reports and presenting findings to the FD for wider business communication.

Ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with business and regulatory requirements on time and in full

Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.

Dealing with treasury and working capital management and performance reporting thereof (liquidity reporting, cash flow forecasts).

Profile

A qualified accountant with hands on experience of accounts preparation and reporting.

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits
