You're a seasoned professional when it comes to leading a firm's VAT advisory services and have no issues in being the go-to person for the more difficult questions on the subject.

Developing business relationships with new and existing clients is second nature to you and you thrive when it comes to launching innovative projects.

What about the specific requirements?

You'll have proven in depth VAT advisory experience, along with the innate ability to effectively work and communicate with a variety of colleagues from trainee to director levels. If you also have a wider knowledge of indirect tax, including stamp duty, that would be a distinct advantage.

You'll need the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions in order to meet deadlines and client expectations. Building a strong rapport with your client base will be of paramount importance here.

The ability to motivate and develop junior staff members will also be a key attribute to bring to the table.
