Advisory Senior Manager, Deals Transaction Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Dallas, TX. Assist clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post-completion. Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas. Develop pre- and post-merger supply chain performance analytics. Assist clients gain insight into customer and product portfolios to maximize go-forward revenue and growth opportunities, as well as enabling clients to devise go-to-market strategy and sales force alignment through advanced analytics. Conduct data analysis to support business processes, financial reporting, internal or external audit procedures.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, plus 6 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Certification(s) Required: US CPA License or foreign equivalent, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  • Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation;
  • Conducting resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates;
  • Managing various facets of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations.; and
  • Developing financial statements and deals- related financial and operational analyses.

Travel required up to 80%.
