RM4000 + RM450 shift allowance
Job Description
Perform PO, Billing & Accrual functions Work with Front Line Office (FLO) in India to meet Contribution Margins for individual warehouses Perform PO creations in SAP and generate Billings in SAP while achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Prepare and submit Accruals on monthly basis Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting Minimum 3 years experience in Finance/Billing Prior AP/AR/GL experience dealing with multiple parties and high volume work load in a Transportation / Warehouse environment preferred Possess leadership skill to lead a team Possess strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge Excellent command of English (written & verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP. Knowledge in SAP an asset. Attention to detail and is able to meet tight deadlines Able to communicate in a professional and positive manner Able to deliver under pressure and adaptable to change Wiling to take up tasks out of job scope and be a major team player Prior working experience in a shared service center (nice to have) Able to commit to afternoon shift hour (2pm-11am)
