Your new role

The role of the Finance Business Partner is a vital one within the company as it is one that works not only with finance but also with key stake holders within the business and operations. The role is a varied one and will involve but is not limited to; supporting the senior leadership team and the directors with a structured and adhoc reporting structure, to communicate month end financials, to build rapport with every part of the business to improve efficiencies, budgeting and forecasting, challenging on variances, to communicate between the finance teams and the stake holders.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and have previous experience of working within a business partnering role; they will have excellent communication skills and be able to converse with individuals of all levels and have strong excel skills (ideally knowledge of modelling).
