On behalf of a client based in Crawley I am recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join on an initial Payroll 6 month basis.

My client is part of a much larger group of successful businesses and are easily accessible by all major transport links.

They are currently allowing 50% of staff members in to the office at one and therefore are offering a flexible working pattern to the right candidate.

Description

Temporary Payroll Administrator duties would include:

• Collating payroll specific data
• Assisting with payroll validations
• Release payroll data and receive payroll data then confirm results.
• Working with other internal teams to deal with any queries
• Liaising with the external provider to make sure that all submissions are correct
• Support the team to address queries in a timely manner
• Record various payroll statics for KPI reporting.

Profile

The Temporary Payroll Administrator requirements are:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including; formulas, vLookups and indexing
• Ability to work confidently with all levels of Stakeholders
• Exposure to the majority of the above tasks
• Strong drive for results, accuracy and control compliance
• Good communications skills, value added mentality and flexibility and adaptability
• The ability to use initiative and be proactive in anticipating problems which may occur
