The client is a leading service lead organisation that can provide both a personal and virtual service to a wide range of clients, start-ups, SME, large multinational organisations and public government sectors.
Description
- Play a critical part in the financial reporting
- Monthly reporting of business performance to the business
- Provide insights & analysis
- Development of business forecasting and budgeting
- Manage and develop the finance team
- Utilisation of systems to provide enhanced control, efficiency and business analytics
- Oversight of financial reconciliations and the control environment, including development of accounting policies
- Review and establishing effective business processes
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Management of year end processes
Profile
- Professional Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, FCA)
- Similar level experience in senior financial role
- Strong financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of tax, treasury and driving general ledger
- People management experience, excellent presentation and organisational skills
- Work with integrity, customer focus & accountability
- Support senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated and hands on approach
