Job Description
Responsible for book keeping, particular to Accounts Receivables (AR) reporting Ensure accurate and timely submission of AR schedules or reports Provide variance analysis for unusual AR trending to management for further actions Ensure provisions made for bad debt, asset impairment according to company's policy Perform periodic journal entry postings Prepare period AR KPI reports Prepare quarterly provision movement report Monitor and reconcile sub-system and SAP reconciliation and rejection report Review and approve/reject OCR setup/load/charge port mapping requests Review and approve/reject system access requests Assist ad-hoc project assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
Recognized Degree/Diploma in Accountancy Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent. 3 years and above related working experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of shipping or logistics industry is an advantage is preferred. Experience in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage. Preferably have experience in audit
