Manager Accounts

Responsible for day to day operations of accounts department across Division's Network.
Maintain proper and updated books of account for business operations in accordance with IAS, IFRS and Corporate Law.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic management accounts.
Preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual statutory accounts.
Ensure compliance to Income tax and Sales tax laws, Rules & regulation for all business transactions.
Coordinate and assist Division's tax team for timely preparation and filing of tax returns.
Providing timey data and information for tax audits and assessment proceedings.
Ensure compliance of company's accounting policies, principles and practices.
Maintain financial & accounting data's security by establishing internal checks and controls in business operations.
Ensure completeness, correctness and accuracy of data for accounting purposes.
Coordinate with and assist in completion of statutory annual audit.
Close liaison with Internal Audit Department for completion of assigned tasks.
Supervision of accounts department staff and providing leadership.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
Monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data and preparing special reports.
Analyzing financial data and preparing specific reports for management reviews.
