Job Details
The role will oversea the planning process for the organisation and its divisions. The role will partner key business decision makers in order to drive and shape financial performance and improve decision making

Description
- Run the short and long term planning process for the group
- support key business descion makers to influence and challenge the future direction of the business and investment opportunities
- input into board reports on key projects within the group
- Review and analyse divisional strategy and growth projections
- Accountable for cash forecasting and management
- Work with the business on evaluating business cases
- Support financial reporting team around annual audit
- Work with the wider business to foster a successful partnering relationship
- Support business partners to improve quality of reporting
- Deputise for FD in their absence
- proactively support staff development and progression
Profile
- Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 5-10 years PQE
- Proven track record in analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Understanding of management and financial accounting process and systems
- Demonstrate and ability to build successful relationships with the business
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint - some experience of financial modelling would be beneficial
Job Offer
£75,000 to £85,000 plus great benefits and progression
