The corporate tax team of this major City firm is looking to hire an additional corporate tax associate, ideally with at least 2pqe, to join a close knit, supportive team: someone who is bright and adaptable and interested in broadening their corporate tax experience. The tax advisory work within this highly regarded corporate tax group is more varied than at many other comparable City firms, meaning that the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on a wide range of tax matters including those relating to M&A, private equity, real estate, funds and finance, as well as some interesting and high profiles tax disputes work (some prior contentious experience would be beneficial in this respect but is not necessary).
