Michael Page are recruiting for an interim Finance Manager opportunity to join a Public Sector organisation based in Leeds.

Client Details

The client is a large Public Sector organisation based in Leeds. They are looking for an interim Finance Manager to join their established Finance team. They are a highly regarded employer with excellent career benefits and the opportunity for longer-term roles.

Description

Duties of the role include but are not limited to, preparing management and financial accounts, producing statutory reports, working on contracts, maintaining the accounting records, preparing financial statements, working with budget holders, producing budgets, liaising with departments across the organisation, dealing with queries and managing the team.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CIPFA) ESSENTIAL
  • be immediately available or on a weeks notice ESSENTIAL
  • have held a similar role previously ESSENTIAL
  • have excellent communication skills ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£40,000- £45,000 + Interim Finance Manager + Public Sector opportunity + Leeds based + weekly pay
