Are you a practice trained chartered accountant looking for your first move into industry?

A large and fast growth Bedfordshire based business is looking to grow their finance team by recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst.

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will report directly into a highly supportive Senior Finance Manager who has some exciting value add projects for you to get stuck into. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a Business Partner; working with commercial and operational teams to provide accurate forecasting and analysis

Providing financial insight through analysis and data manipulation including consolidating numbers into monthly business reports.

Budgeting & forecasting of revenue and costs on both a short and long-term basis.

Reporting and presenting to a board level.

Monthly reporting and analysis.

Thriving for continuous improvement; Evaluating KPI's, developing forecast models, improving monthly reviews of cost centres.

You will be:

A qualified accountant, having worked in a large, fast paced and reputable practice.

A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and present in a professional manner. - Including partnering with non-finance.

Strong excel and reporting tools user, with previous successes in optimising processes.

Competent in delivering valued insight and analysis.

A positive, proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a team focused and supportive environment.

Strong Microsoft excel user
