The Company:
Our client is a leading, international company in the Manufacturing Sector.

Main duties:
Responsible for monitoring supplier's accounts and processing invoices.

The Role:
- To perform bank Reconciliations- weekly & monthly basis
- To allocate supplier payments for all EU suppliers
- To booking product purchase Invoice
- To set up new supplier accounts & maintain existing ones
- To check supplier statement reconciliation's accounts
- To deal with suppliers and resolving any queries
- To allocate direct debits against supplier Invoices
- To prepare & process BACS payments
- To process & reconcile monthly company expenses
- To maintaining cashbook in multi currencies

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (Written & spoken)
- Previous Accounts Payables experience in Finance
- Team player / Well organised
- Customer service oriented
- Previous Experience of Oracle Financial Systems - desirable
- Previous experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Auditing, Credit Control or Finance - desirable
