Permanent Credit Manager, Based in Oldham

Your new role

You will head up the Credit department and work closely with the companies directors to maximise collections whilst still maintaining an excellent level of customer service. You will achieve this by managing, coaching and developing your team and the business will ensure you have the resources and budget available to succeed. Other duties will include; improving processes and putting your stamp on the credit function, being fully responsible for recruiting new staff, full control over the reporting and strategies implemented into the department, reviewing the current credit policies and amending where you see fit and finally you will restructure the team to keep up with the rapid growth the company is foretasted to go through.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must be an experienced Credit Manager with a desire to improve current processes and make key decisions. Construction industry experience is desirable but candidates with a track record of improving the results of their team through good people management skills, will also be considered.
