We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our busy and expanding finance team. This role would be suitable for an individual who has recently graduated or is starting their ACCA qualification.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and as part of the UK Business Partnering team, the Finance Analyst will provide support to the Finance Managers within the department. The successful individual work closely with the Finance Manager (Corporate functions) to ensure data integrity, consistent processes across the team as well as consolidating the teams financials.

The Finance Analyst will provide cost centre support for the Corporate functions, understanding performance against budget and forecast.

About The Role:

* Production of monthly management accounts for relevant areas such as HR, Risk and Legal, including comprehensive understanding and analysis of cost drivers and variance analysis.

* Monthly reviews with relevant budget holders to discuss performance against budget, effectively tracking risks and opportunities.

* Assisting with forecasting inputs, producing consistent and accurate financial outputs driven by efficient models.

* Consolidating department financials, ensuring consistent processes and approach, producing and co-ordinating timelines.

* Be a conduit between Finance Business Partnering team and other finance functions such as FP&A, co-ordinating deadlines and addressing queries.

* Support the Procurement team in the roll out of the Purchase to Pay framework and system.

**Please note that initially, the role will be based working from home but will move to a hybrid model of home and office-based working in the future.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous experience working in a regulated environment.

* Excellent attention to detail skills.

* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and teams.

* Strong excel skills and good knowledge of accounting principles.

* Previous experience using accounting systems such as Cognos would be desirable.

* Good commercial awareness.
