This growing Property and Housing business in Norwich are looking for an ambitious and hard-working Finance Manager to join the team to help push the continued growth of the business. With a strong history of employee development the successful candidate will have plenty of exposure across the business with the opportunity to challenge the business norms and influence real change.

A Property and Housing business with their roots firmly in the Norwich market who are now looking to build on their stability from the pandemic. Working closely with a welcoming and hard-working team the Finance Manager will have plenty of opportunity to develop and progress.

Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Production of the management accounts on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Providing key financial support to senior stakeholders to help drive business decisions
  • Production of rolling budgets alongside detailed analysis
  • Consistently challenging the norm and improving business processes and systems
  • Management of cash flow
  • Supporting the development of junior team members
  • Compliance reporting

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Manager will be:

  • Actively pursuing their ACCA or CIMA, preferably nearing the end of their studies
  • Confident working in a fast-paced working environment
  • A commercial minded and detail orientated individual
  • Confident in working with employees of all seniority levels
  • Advanced Excel user
