Desired Candidate Profile
Planning and Execution of Vendor Risk Reviews:

• Reviews new vendor or contract requests to identify whether a vendor requires an internal vendor risk assessment. If required:

• Initiates and sees through to completion internal vendor risk assessment

Facilitates external vendor risk assessment questionnaires, which include Business Continuity and Information Security related questionnaires

• Assists with dissemination and collection from vendor
• Performs an initial review of the vendors responses to ensure questionnaires are complete and all required supporting documentation has been provided
• Identifies potential areas to be reviewed by subject matter expert stakeholders
• Understands vendor responses and resolves issues in accordance with guidelines provided. Escalates issues with vendor responses and generates an Enterprise Vendor Management exception when required

Manages periodic reviews of vendors to ensure the vendor maintains compliance with their initial vendor assessment, provides all certificates, attestations and questionnaires, subject matter expert reviews are completed, and final approvals are made within due dates
Facilitation of Vendor Performance Reviews:

• Initiates vendor performance scorecards on a periodic basis in accordance with the Vendor Risk Procedures and ensures the Vendor Relationship Managers completion
• Monitors vendor risk performance and documents when vendors are not meeting performance expectations

Vendor Relationship Manager Collaboration:

• Coordinates and collaborates with vendor relationship managers when vendors are not responding to requests to provide responses to risk assessments, third party attestations or certificates and escalates accordingly

Enterprise Vendor Risk Management Program Management:

• Understands all Enterprise Vendor Risk Policies and Procedures
• Assists with training and awareness sessions to convey vendor management policies, procedures and best practices
