My client is currently leading the way in a very bespoke project and due to the volumes of work, are looking to strengthen their team for an initial 6 months.

Description

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this newly created role will join during a CRITICAL and extremely busy phase for the organisation.

Working on Strategic, High Level information and giving trusted advice and guidance to external stakeholders, the Deputy Chief Risk Officer will be instrumental in the success of the project as well as continued ongoing BAU work.

the Deputy will lead on the the development, implementation, establishment and ownership of the areas of Information Governance as a corporate resource, so that it strategically and operationally supports the business objectives of the organisation and external stakeholder organisations.

These areas include;

• systems,
• policies and processes for: Data Protection, Code of Confidentiality, Freedom of Information, Records Management, Information Security and Information Sharing
• Basic Auditing
  
  The role will join a small established team and will deputise for the Chief Risk Officer in their absence.

Profile

The successful candidate will have extensive experience gained in the field of Governance, specifically Information Governance.

You will bring a level of gravitas to the table and be able to Liaise with very senior External and Internal Stakeholders at ease.

Ideally you will have been a Manager, Deputy or Head of in the past.

Job Offer

Home working during lockdown

Occasional face to face meetings.
