Audit Senior - Berkhamsted

AJ Chambers Recruitment is very happy to be working with a highly regarded Accountancy practice based in Berkhamsted. The firm are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Audit Senior to join their successful team at their Berkhamsted office.

Duties:

* Audit of accounts for clients of various sizes from planning stage through to completion

* Conducting audits at both client premises and company office premises

* Preparing accounts for Corporate clients

* Supervising and delegating work to the junior members of the team

* Liaising with other departments to effectively and efficiently complete jobs

* Maintain and develop relationships with clients

* Preparation of corporation tax returns and computations

* Client and HMRC correspondence

The ideal candidate:

* Qualified ACA/ACCA or close to qualifying

* 4+ years' audit experience in an accountancy practice

* Experience with audit software

* Experience with accounts preperation

* Experience dealing directly with clients

* Ability to lead and organise team members

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
