Influx Recruitment is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Fife based engineering client on an initial month-long contract.
The main purpose of the role is to manage all accounts and invoicing for the financial year.
Although this is initially a temporary position, a permanent contract or extension may be offered.
Duties
As the Accounts Assistant your duties will include the following:
* Compile Accounts
* Credit Control
* Prepare Accounts for Audits
* Collect Unpaid and Late Invoices
* General Account Tasks
Requirements
To be considered for the Accounts Assistant role you must have the following experience and skills:
* Credit Control Experience (essential)
* Experience with Journal Entries
* Working Experience of Sage
* Previous Experience in Similar Role
* General Accounts and Admin Skills
Package
Whilst working on a temporary contract the Accounts Assistant will be offered
* £18,000 Salary
* Pension Contributions
