What this job involve
s:
This role will be part of the Regional Finance team across AMA (Asia, Middle East, Africa) and will independently manage the budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities for the region. You will also partake in process improvement reviews and any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Effective Communicator
You will assist in communicating clear timelines, ownership, objectives and guidelines. You will guide the
facilities managers towards completing budget, operating reviews and forecast activities in an accurate, consistent and timely fashion. As the role is a regional one, it is essential you have experience managing relationships across cultures, geographies and functions and can work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
Analytical
You will consolidate, review and analyse submitted financials for AMA, and prepare the reconciliations for quarterly forecasts and annual budget reviews. You should be able to identify the quarterly accuracy risks and manage the accuracy for the region. You will also help to drive the region to achieve the savings targets. You should also be familiar with lease accounting concepts.
Project Analysis
You will review capital projects, and assess the P&L feasibility of implementing the projects across the region. You will need to work with project managers, capital finance team, transaction managers and facilities managers to manage the P&L expenditure of these projects.

Experience
You will have 4-5 years of experience in finance roles, including a financial planning and analysis function and have a Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a relevant field. Prior working experience in the big 4 organizations / US MNC and / or dynamic environment would be ideal. Experience in working with AMA region is also ideal.
Competent
You are able to work independently, and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities. You possess strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & planning, processes and good practices. You
demonstrate the ability to prioritise, drive difficult decisions, resolve problems and improve operations. You can actively identify opportunities and drive initiatives that are commercially viable.
