My client is a nationwide charity based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Processing in a Payroll Manager role. You will be responsible for managing the payroll team in processing 8 monthly payrolls for 8000 employees in the UK and overseas offices. You will calculate and produce monthly and annual tax returns, NI contributions and the updated furlough scheme payments. You will work towards improving the payroll process and meeting the changing needs of the charity.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
- Experience processing complex payroll
- Have a background in a large organisation
- An innovative and progressive attitude
- Line manager experience is essential
