Finance Director | Digital Agency | Leeds

The Company:

Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established Digital Agency based in Leeds.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in both finance and the Creative industry. The company is 50 people strong and are embarking on a rapid trajectory of growth following the acquisition of more talent.

The Role:

• Producing monthly and year end reports as well as management accounts

• Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board

• Working with international corporations tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll

• Managing the active pipeline for international entities

• Managing the P&L and balance sheet

• Managing a team of 3 direct reports

• Implementing a robust financial infrastructure

What we need to see (essential):

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

• Experience in the creative/entertainment/fast-moving sector

• Proactive and good communication skills

• Experience within Agencies ideal (strongly preferred)

Salary:
£70,000 - £90,000
