Financial Controller - Near Cambridge - Travel Industry. A fantastic opportunity to join a very well established and reputable company in the travel industry where you will be reporting directly to the board and leading an experience finance team.

Financial Controller Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting and finance function. This includes monthly preparation of budgets and forecasts, producing timely monthly accounts, regulatory reporting (CAA, ABTA, ATOL), liaising with auditors and HMRC, managing FX Hedging, overseeing payroll, reporting on profitability and other MI reporting for senior management.

Financial Controller Skills Required

• At least three years of senior level finance experience and track record of leading teams
• Travel industry experience with an understanding of CAA, ABTA and ATOL preferred but other industry experience will be considered.
• ACCA / CIMA ACA qualified
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong level of exec and sage 200 experience
