Job Description

In this junior Finance Analyst role, you will be working alongside the Financial Controller to manage all accounts payable tasks alongside creating financial models and analysis. The job will require someone with a strong analytical mind and a flair for process improvement. In this fast-paced role, you will be exposed to a commercial environment where you will continually face new challenges!

Key responsibilities

In this graduate Finance role in London your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the variance analysis of costs
  • Preparing bank reconciliations for the corporate bank accounts
  • Providing general support in a busy finance role
  • Processing corporate invoices using the accounting system
  • Access Dealing with staff expenses and company credit cards Raising and processing payment requests Liaising with vendors
  • Managing projects with Financial Controller Ensuring all processes are following in line with company procedures
  • Communicating and reporting to senior management

Job requirements

  • At least a 2:1 in a Finance or related subject
  • A passion for simplifying and improving processes
  • Advanced use of Excel
  • Motivated by a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to learn new tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to seek out and embrace new solutions within the world of finance Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and the ability to work independently managing deadlines and varied projects
