A leading organisation based in Ipswich has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Manager to join their function to manage an lead the payroll team.

This Payroll Manager position requires applicants who have experience of managing inhouse payrolls and ideally hold a payroll related qualification.

Responsibilities include:

Team management - recruitment, training and development, 1-2-1 appraisals and performance management.
Develop SLA's and KPI's for logging and tracking queries.
Ensure the payroll is calculated accurately and on time.
Continuously monitor processes and implement changes to enhance performance.
