Beyond Analysis an award-winning data science, analytics and strategic data solutions and consulting business based in London but operating globally.


The Finance Manager role reports directly into the CFO who is also our VP for UK sales however you will also need to work closely with other directors as required.


You will be accountable for financial reporting and management of cashflow and producing reports for the Group Operating Board review as well as ensuring smooth and accurate running of the Company's finances on behalf of the CFO.


To excel at this role you need to be able to work autonomously within agreed parameters, being agile as the business demands and using your brilliant organisation skills to ensure accurate reports are circulated according to agreed timelines and that you communicate effectively with the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company accounts.
  • Manage and prepare month end management accounts, including P&L forecasts and balance sheets.
  • Manage and forecast cashflow by tracking transactions and liaising with Commercial team to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Process and manage payroll for all group businesses.
  • Reconcile and manage payment of expenses for all group businesses.
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans in conjunction with the commercial team and Group Operating Board members as required.
  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
  • Responsibility for debt management and collection.
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
  • Assistance the CFO in preparing and presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
