We're currently seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join our team. As our Senior Credit Controller, you will lead and act as a quality controller across all aspects of AR/AP function to ensure consistency in policy application and advice / customer service provided

Responsibilities of the Senior Credit Controller:

• Ensure customers pay debts in a timely manner
• Daily cash allocation
• Customer account reconciliation
• Query resolution - internal and external customers
• Support the Financial Controller with the day to day running of the Accounts Office
• Manage, monitor and support a team of Account Clerks
• Assist with day to day transactions as required
• Assist colleagues when workflow dictates
• General office duties and ad-hoc reporting

Required Qualifications of the Senior Credit Controller:

• Proven experience in managing a team
• Solid experience of credit control
• Ability to engage, guide and support the team
• Engaging and proactive team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Integrity, tact and discretion
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Credit Controller:

• Experience within a global organization
