Payroll Manager | £35-£38,000 | Denton

Are you seeking a well-funded, Private Equity backed organisation? Do you enjoy the complexity of a multi-site organisation? Are you looking for a role where you can take a lead on implementing new technology to aid the day-to-day?

Our client has gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and they are in a position to double in size over the next 2-4. Naturally, COVID has slowed their growth plans down but, they are Private Equity backed and after recently hiring a new CFO the focus is now for an experienced Payroll Manager.

With 60 sites across the region, your role will be to update the whole Payroll process and lead on implementing a new Software System.

• Manage all staff payroll, onboarding of new starters & leavers
• Process and monitor auto-enrolment, pension, sick deductions, maternity & paternity
• Month-end payroll reconciliation, balance sheet, pensions, NI & PAYE
• Preparation of year-end P60's & P11d's

Your background;

• Previous management experience, you'll have two direct and manage 11 offsite
• Strong knowledge around Payroll software and have an active opinion of which to use
• Self-starter, excellent communication skills and a problem solver
• Need to know payroll inside out and be the company lead on payroll legislation
