My Client a well respected accountancy practice in the Magherafelt area have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Qualified Accountant to join their talented and experienced team.
If you are a Qualified Accountant seeking a challenging new role within which you will work with a variety of great clients alongside a hard-working, dedicated and close knit team, then this is the role for you.
The Responsibilities of the Qualified Accountant will include but not be limited to:
* Preparing accounts and financial statements for Limited companies, sole-trades, charities and partnerships;
* Preparation of audited accounts for a wide range of clients including groups with turnover of excess of £180million.
* Corporation tax compliance and income tax compliance work.
* Preparing management accounts from a variety of accounting software programs.
* Managing and developing client relationships
The Qualified Accountant will have the following skills and attributes:
* Qualification with either ICAI, ICAEW, ICAS or ACCA
* Demonstrate experience in an accounts environment
* Sound communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
* Well organised and have the ability to multi task
* Ability to work well using initiative, problem solving when required
* Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team
* Ability to demonstrate commitment, hard-work, enthusiasm and flexibility
* IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
