Role Overview
Brookfield Property Group is looking to add a Summer intern to the London office, for a ~10 week internship starting at the end of June 2021, who will work closely with a seasoned team of real estate investment professionals. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work on high profile transactions throughout Europe and to interact with and support the global investment team network.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with senior management on deal origination
- Financial modelling and cash flow analysis
- Participating in every stage of deal execution and supporting the deal flow with ad hoc tasks
- Preparation of investment committee memorandums
- Conducting market research and tracking of industry trends
- Major in law, business, finance, economics, real estate or engineering preferred but not required
- Previous real estate, infrastructure, and/or M&A internship experience is beneficial but not a prerequisite
- Genuine interest in real estate
- Strong analytical and financial skills as well as proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Word
- Self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of another European language is an advantage (preferably French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian)
