Role Title: Fund Finance Manager ||

Salary:
£70,000 - £75,000 plus good bonus

A lot of roles I work on within Fund Finance are solely focused on the fund accounting side and don't give much exposure to the commercial side or have interaction with the Fund Managers. I am working on a role that covers both the commercial and the reporting side as well as all other finance aspects of the funds you will look after.

The role is within a Real Estate Investment Manager so previous Real Estate fund accounting experience is required. As well as the core fund accounting though you will have responsibility for tax, fund structuring, due diligence, business cases for new investments and modelling of cash flows.
