Our client is a small but successful Corporate Finance House and Investment firm with a strong sector focus in the market that is seeing an incredible period of growth. They are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Managers up to Director level to assist in this growth.

They are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants with a few years post qualified experience in a deals environment, up to Director level individuals with a developed network and demonstrable track record who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in Birmingham. You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.

The Corporate Finance Manager/Director will also get involved in the Investment arm within the firm with work such as in assessing business plans and potential investment opportunities and preparing investment committee proposals through sitting on the board of portfolio companies. This makes it a very different and exciting opportunity in the Midlands market.

The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA within a large firm and will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance or investing or another Deals environment. Coming into a smaller environment individuals will show an entrepreneurial flare with the ability and desire to be active in the market and be proven work winners, particularly the more senior you are.
