Position Summary:

This will offer a 6-9 month fixed term contract and plays a critical role in providing analytical support for the EMEA AR team. The key part of the role is to provide risk management for the EMEA AR function and will be responsible for providing the essentail day to day and ad hoc reporting required to assess debt risk.

Being able to analyse large volumes of data and articulate clear, concise conclusions will be the mainstay of this role, including providing recommendations for appropriate next steps to help senior stakeholder decision making.


Proven business analytics is a must along with use of reporting tools namely, Hyperion Planning, Essbase and and Power BI.


Essential Duties and

responsibilities:

  • Standardised and ad-hoc reporting to help identify risk with new and existing trade partners.
  • Recommend appropriate courses of action to manage the risk incurred in our credit agency markets and work with stakeholders to implement.
  • Present and explain complex financial information to internal and external stakeholders in order to drive outcomes that are corporate in nature (and not just brand).
  • Regular maintenance of internal trade partner database.
  • Build strong relationships with our Miami Shared Service team to ensure efficient working practices.
  • Support the accounting process to ensure the ledgers reflect the business reality.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • High proficiency with relevant technology e.g. Excel, Word, JDE, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Power BI.
  • Proven analytical experience, used to working with large volumes of transactional data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills with experience of creating presentations that are appropriate for a senior stakeholder audience.
  • Able to manage a number of priorities at once and change direction quickly
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Travel experience helpful though not essential.
