Senior Credit Strategy Manager
London x2/3 days per week

A fast-paced , innovative lender is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager to lead a team overseeing the development and implementation of Customer Credit Strategies. It's a highly analytical and strategic team with elements of Credit Risk and Product involved.

You'll have full responsibility for the development and delivery of the strategic agenda in response to new regulations as well as wider customer strategies such as payment and fee strategies, whilst leading a team of four highly skilled analysts of varying experience.

We are looking for someone with recent team management experience, who has experience delivering end to end strategies within the credit risk or lending space using data and analytics.

THE ROLE:

• Manage, lead and develop a team of analysts (4)
• Development and optimisation of Customer Credit Strategies including in response to regulatory changes
• Ownership over fees and payments strategies, delivering good customer outcomes and positive P+L impact
• Manage stakeholders across the business including end to end delivery and championing of analytical ideas and strategy changes
• Provide specialist support to product team in development of new products, pricing and propositions
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Directors and board members

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience managing and leading teams is essential
• Experience developing Credit Risk strategies in a fast paced environment
• Current / past daily user of SAS, SQL or similar
• Educated to degree level (minimum) in a numeric discipline
• Knowledge of credit cards or unsecured lending
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
