My client a rapidly expanding and growing Property Developer is looking for an experienced and driven Finance Director to lead the Finance function and provide vital Business Partnering to the MD and Senior Management. This role will have 2 key focuses for success, 1) is to lead the Finance function and 2) deliver strong Commercial Information that will help deliver the future strategy and growth for the business.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong stakeholder engagement with previous experience working with Senior Management is crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, review, and control to the budgets

• Statutory regulations and legislation are met

• Business Partner with the Managing Director, other Senior Managers

• Provide leadership to the Finance and Accounting strategy

• Development of the company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making

• Analyse the financial climate and market trends

• Ensure that the company financial systems are robust,

• Help senior managers to grow the business

• Corporate finance lead and delivery

• Build relationships with service providers and contractors, (banking institutions etc)

• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

• Oversee the Finance Department with day-to-day operations

• Prepare management and cash reports

• Monthly management accounts

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Director within the property industry

ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with 10 years post qualified experience

In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices

An Commecial mind with a strategic ability
