Here at TUI, we are on the lookout for a Digital & Analytics Manager - this role will be the subject matter expert in digital risk & control performance and monitoring, as well as the application of data analytics to enhance risk & controls throughout TUI Group.

In a nutshell we are looking for an innovation-minded risk & control professional that can align to the Group's digitally focussed strategy as well as provide analytics expertise to the global department to monitor risks and control performance

TUI Group is undergoing an exciting transformation at the moment, with a lot of focus on systems and technology and the Risk & Control department is integral to the success of this initiative, providing expertise in these change programmes and automating control performance and monitoring.

As Digital & Analytics Manager you will be interacting with our colleagues across our global business. You will spend much of your time collaborating with colleagues in Luton, UK and Hannover, Germany so you will need to be based within a reasonable travel distance to one of these locations.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our ways of working are a bit different just now with most of our colleagues working from home all the time. Most colleagues worked from home at least a couple of days a week before the current situation, as looking after our colleague's welfare is important to us. We're beginning to open our offices in limited ways in line with government guidelines. Although it's very likely this role will begin with you being based at home, there will be lots of opportunities to connect with your colleagues via technology, and when we can get together face-to-face, we will. As business travel becomes possible you will be expected to travel both locally and overseas.

Closing date for applications is 16th October 2020
