Group CFO
Job Function
- Responsible for all cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the group's financial strategy.
- Liaise and build relationship with bankers to ensure our facilities are adequate.
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the group.
- Lead and guide the finance team at headquarters and also finance heads of the respective division.
- Lead the development and implement the policies and practices to ensure a well-controlled on project management, cross team communications and workflow.
- Lead the digitalization of finance processes for efficiency and productivity improvement.
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement.
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, evaluate and manage capital structure.
- Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for both current and forecast.
Requirements
- Malaysian, preferably candidate between 40 to 45 years old.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA) or a Chartered Accountant.
- 10-15 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Target on the candidates with experiences in Conglomerate companies and Public Listed Company which having similar industries as us.
