Your new company
At the moment I'm working with a premium consumer goods brand located in Central London. The company is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager who will report directly to the Head of FP&A and the Commercial Director. As the new Commercial Finance Director you will work for a well-know brand, internationally focused with a strong E-commerce channel. During the lockdown the business performed really well ! They have a strong online presence and are in a really good place at the moment.

Your new role
The role is a mix of business partnering with he commercial team, production of the month-end reporting packs and assisting with the collation of the forecasts and budgets.

• Provide analysis and insight to help support negotiations
• Global pricing and promotion strategies
• Monitor gross margin performance
• Build financial to support expansion into new markets
• Liaising with the Finance Directors across the world to understand their market and the drivers of variances to forecast/budgets
• Ensure the month-end consolidated reporting packs
• Support the Head of FP&A to deliver forecasts and budgets
• Manage the cost centres, ensuring costs are controlled, supporting production of month-end accounts and generating robust forecasts and budgets

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified - minimum of 3 year PQE
• Strong commercial awareness and background
• Ideally experience within the Retail/ Consumer goods industry
• Able to communicate and work closely with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on, proactive and motivated
• Strong knowledge of Excel
