A growing, entrepreneurial business are currently in their 11th year of business and due to growth are looking for a Finance Manager to reporting into the senior leadership team here in Bristol and FD based in London

Your new role
Having rapidly grown over recent years there is now a need to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team. The client is looking for someone that can autonomously worked but communicate well. Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited too:

• Support growth plans by monitoring margins and the preparation of financial models and exploration of growth scenarios.
• Prepare forecasting and analysis to support the senior leadership team.
• Monthly management accounts
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bill and AR / AP
• Complete PO and bank reconciliations.
• Manage company ledgers
• Coordinator internal and external audit
• Support external funding requirements

What you'll need to succeed
With the business being an SME, the role requires someone to working across operational, tactical and strategic levels of the business, being able to balance priorities from managing day to day transactions to more tactical analysis across the two business units. In addition you should have a strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices and ideally this will be backed up by a qualification such as AAT, CIMA, ACCA or ACA. You should have good software experience and the ability to work well under pressure.
