Your new role
This Finance Manager job will operate as the number on in Finance on site, reporting to the Managing Director and Group. You will be responsible for all things finance, monthly management accounts, year end accounts, dealing with all external stakeholders, VAT, variance analysis, journal posting, along side managing the small finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be qualified CIMA, but ACCA and ACA will be considered. You must have at least 3 years post quantification in a similar finance role, and want to settle in an organisation that recognises and rewards their staff. You must be able to stick to deadlines, as being part of a larger group means you will to report your figures accurately and on time to the wider business. You must be analytically minded, as ad hoc reports will be required, with the want of a small friendly team.
