: ACCOUNTANT
Job Purposes
The position is responsible to provide strategic decision support and perform financial tasks related to accounting, tax, funding, cash flow management, business planning and strategy, financial performance management, improvement in financial related work processes with timely reports, analysis and projections for the fund its subsidiary and group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including notes to accounts

Maintain ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable

Prepare AP ,AR and bank account reconciliations

Respond to internal and external requests, including auditors' queries

Prepare and / or review tax returns and computations

Prepare and adhere to the budgets for business as well as monitor cashflow, accounts, and other financial transactions

Development financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, identifying monetary resources, developing action plans

Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation including the annual audit and tax filing

Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in financial reporting or audit

Experience in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY AND SKILLS

Strong leadership skills

Strong analytical skills and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and powerpoint

Resourceful, independent ,initiative and innovative

Strong communication, written and presentation skills

Good people management skills
