  • Team management: ramping up and stabilizing the team of 10, maintaining engagement and providing coaching and mentoring to team members;
  • Coordination of the budgeting, controlling and reporting for Global Processes (verticalized functions in the organization);
  • Delivery of consolidated financial summaries (data, analytics, roadmaps and presentations) for functional management reviews and strategic meetings;
  • Delivery of financial analysis, periodic progress, trend reports to facilitate decision making and meeting financial targets;
  • Liaison with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Finance Leads and Global Functions team to jointly execute entire budgeting cycle from instructions to final consolidation and reporting;
  • Delivery of FP&A improvement projects;
  • Ownership and maintenance of GBS process documentation for the processes in scope as well as the regular update of said documentation;
  • Ownership of the transition process from the HQ and close cooperation with transition manager;
  • Actively building and developing good working relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Participation in the design and execution of ways of working that support the strategy and culture of JTI GBS.

  • Have an University degree (Finance & Accounting, Economy, Management, MBA);
  • A professional qualification of ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc. is a significant plus;
  • Good system knowledge of SAP BW/BPC/Analysis, knowledge of TM1 is a plus;
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial / management reporting in a large multi-national organization;
  • Exposure to GBS or SSC structured environment a plus as well as familiarity with the start-up mode
  • Strong command of English Language (oral and written);
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize;
  • Fan of continuous learning;
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Experience in team management and building safe and thriving environment for team members;
  • Ability to lead and influence others;
  • Open mindedness, positive thinking and ability to see opportunities for changes;
  • Flexible attitude and ease in adapting to changing requirements, self - starter.
