Excellent opportunity to join an established and quickly expanding company.

Working as part of the finance team and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for entering all new sales orders, as well as processing adjustments to commission for amendments to orders. They will also be required to carry out other accounting functions as part of their role.

The role requires an individual who is organised, capable of paying close attention to detail and able to work with sensitive and confidential information. The candidate must have good communication skills and work well in a team.

Must have some experience of working integrated accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) as well as Microsoft Excel.

Experience of Access Dimensions would be advantageous.

Duties will include:

Entering all new sales orders.

Assisting with commission re-calculations relating to adjustments, pre & post installation

Raising chargeback and credit adjustments from commission recalculations.
