Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a well known business based in Warwickshire who are looking for a highly experienced and effecient Payroll Manager with a shared service centre background to join their HR Shared Service Centre in Warwickshire.

This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with working days based both remotely and in the office for the time being, but the successful candidate must be prepared to work solely office based if required.

The Role

• Manage the day to day payroll operations
• Maintain compliance with internal processes; data protection; security of employee information
• Work with the HR Shared Service Manager and be a hands on leader to a team of payroll administrators
• Provide support to the Shared Service Function
• To ensure that all activities are managed in accordance with Provider guidelines, Employment Law, Data Protection & HMRC Legislative Regulations
• To provide cover for processing all aspects of the company's payroll including Expenses as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Payroll Management or Similar Qualification
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines using own initiative.
• Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
• A range of systems knowledge including Oracle, Itrent and Resourcelink would be desirable but not essential.
