2Fawcett are recruiting for a French Speaking Credit Controller, to join a company located in Nottingham on a permanent basis. This is a real dynamic business, who have a friendly and approachable Finance Team, which you will be part of as Credit Controller.

The Role & Responsibilities of Credit Controller

- To be extremely cash collection driving, chasing payment of invoices, working to targets

- Maintain high pro-active contact levels demonstrating excellent telephone manner and have the ability tp negotiate for the best possible collection figure

- Be able to deal with queries within specific time frames

- Be able to work on own initiative and be able to prioritise workloads

- Understand the importance of working to tight deadlines

- Focus on reducing and clearing aged debt

- Manage and maintain the debtor ledger to ensure accounts are paid on time

- Opening of credit accounts from application forms received

- Answer incoming calls and queries to support in resolving customer queries

Requirements of Credit Controller

- Credit control experience or Accounts Receivable

- Fluent in French and English

- Have experience of working in a fast-moving office environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail
