Purchase Ledger Clerk Required - Bridgwater

Robert Half are working exclusively with a key employer based in Bridgwater - they are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The role is available to start ASAP.

Salary; £9.00 - £10ph plus holiday pay

20 Hours per week - Ideally 4 hours per day 5 days per week (hours are flexible)

Start Date: ASAP

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report directly into the Head of Finance and be responsible for the full Purchase Ledger process - inputting supplier invoices using bespoke software, dealing with invoice related queries, reconciliation of supplier statements. You will also assist with the preparation of a weekly BACS payment run. In addition to this you will support the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required and support ongoing project work.

To be considered for this vacancy you will need some experience of Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable, be well organised and able to prioritise workloads. You will be a good team player and have a friendly nature. You should be confident using the MS Office range.
